We’ve both worked in talent acquisition since 2001 and, to be honest, we were completely sick of it and ready to do something else.

Covid decimated our previous business, so we took a bit of time out to reflect on what we actually wanted to do. We realised that we loved being part of something, rather than sat on the outside - so we designed a business based around that.

With Cohort, we’re part of your team and in it for the long-term. We love working with lean, fast-moving businesses where things change quickly, so we’ve designed everything from the fee structures to the working methods around this type of company.

In Cohort, we’ve finally built a business that uses our experience in a way that feels authentic to who we are.
